Got a coupon in the mail today..Large 2 topping thin crust for $10. They ended up giving me a Medium sized pizza.. the pizza was surprisingly good. the place looked more of a diner than a bar (but there was alcohol and a couple of tvs). Because it looked like a diner, I wasn't expecting a great pizza...I was WRONG. the crust was crispy..cheese was cheesy and thick (there was cheese strings trying to keep the pieces together as I pulled away a nice slice..yum). Sauce was good..light on the ingredients but good value. I would differently order Pizza from here again. I usually like the house special from pizza places (s,m,g,o)...I guess I'll see how they do.

Usually I am a little skeptical about ordering from bars, due to some awful experiences I have had in the past.. but this time I was not disappointed. They deliver locally so that was convenient. I ordered through GrubHub and they estimated my delivery time 30 min after it arrived, so they surprised me with their promptness. Food was excellent, lots of flavor.. and very reasonably priced. We made a group order the next day with my office and everyone was impressed. I will definitely continue to dine here.

A fifties type of diner in a hidden part of Schiller Park. I had the bacon twisted hot dog and the fries were excellent although the portions of them were much smaller than may other places. This is an overall ice place that always seems to have a party booked the few times I have been here.

For the most part what we order from Hubcaps is decent, reasonably priced food. Very good for lunch. They have Mexican dishes on the menu but it's clear they don't know how to prepare them, the nachos are soggy and bland and the guacamole they pair with it tastes like it was squeezed right out of a bag. If you're looking for something Mexican look elsewhere! That being said they have good pasta and I love their chicken salad, their dishes can be hit or miss. If you're in the area looking for fast delivery I'd recommend it but you can definitely get better food for the same price.

So i ordered through grub hub because i was looking for something to be delivered. I had ordered from them before and wasn't blown away and was really hoping to get that feeling this time but unfortunately that didn't happen. i will say that they get a but A+ from my for their delivery radius. they delivered all the way to me in Oak Park from Schiller Park which i know can be a bit of a shlep and isn't convenient if the driver only had one delivery in my direction. I got a Plain burger and fries with a side garlic bread, the garlic bread needs more flavor and hardly had any garlic on it, while i don't know if thats how they are regularly made they could use for more or something, a kick or just more flavor, ether would be fine. The burger while being huge lacked any sort of flavor as well which was really disappointing since i was really hoping to find a place that would satisfy my craving for a good tasting burger that didn't come as razor thin as you'd find at a McDonalds. The fries were good, a little wet but thats to be expected when they have to sit for a little bit when trying to get to me, that wasn't a big issue for me. I don't think ill order a pizza from them since theres so many places already around here that i know and love (and one that i work for). not saying that they don't have good pizza but I'm just don't feel the need to make them send me one when we have great places around here. Overall i'd say that they get a solid C from me. if they were to throw some kick into those burgers they'd for sure make a religious customer out of me.

We got a coupon in a mailer for this place and decided to give it a go and ordered a pizza. We're a little bit of a haul from the place so I called to make sure that we were in their delivery area and the guy who answered the phone was super pleasant and had no problem delivering to us. Great! We ordered an extra large thin crust and it was delicious. My only complaint was that when I called and asked how many an XL pizza fed, the guy said 5. Next time, I need to remember that our friends eat like double their size and get two pizza. You live, you learn. I think this place will be our new go-to pizza delivery.

The waitress lied and said the chicken tenders were hand breaded in house--when they arrived they were a "us foods" frozen special. The fries we "US Foods" batter frozen fries, actually I believe everything on their menu is delivered by "us foods" and nothing is homemade. Should have been a tip off that there were 2 people in rhe place at noon. Best advice is skip this local flare and go mainstream.

Came here after a meeting with some clients in Rosemont. Quickly just chose something with a good review close. Didnt notice it was only 13 others reviewing the place though. Almost lunch time, and there wasn't a soul in the place. Wasn't really sure about the place. The server was even surprised when I said that I planned on grabbing some food? Grabbed a chicken club wrap which was actually pretty good, and some fries which I enjoyed as well? Other than the odd atmosphere, I can't say much bad about this place.

I ordered from here via grub hub but can not figure out how to write a review from there!!! I created this yahoo account just because I had to tell everyone how great this place is! Driver was early and everything was perfect temperature. We ordered the following Chicken tenders- great quality- all white meat- def better than your average pizza place chicken tenders Mozzarella sticks- perfectly cooked Grandmas salad- omg!! So fresh and enjoyable! My favorite! Macho Nacho burger- my husband said it was the best burger he had. The chili was great and fresh jalapeños! Yum! Reuben's- I had a feeling these would be soggy from the sauerkraut and I was right. Perhaps consider putting sauerkraut on side. Quality of corned beef was great- for price I was expecting a huge New York style sandwich, but I was super full- so I guess it was plenty. I asked for one Reuben to have no sauerkraut and to substitute for coleslaw. There was sauerkraut on both sandwiches. Perhaps it was my wording.. Despite the sauerkraut- hands down new favorite place. My husband and I carry out 4-6 days a week. I will be ordering her from now on. Hard to find good quality with fresh ingredient "fast food"

Dissapointing. We ordered through GrubHub and had it delivered. Small prtio nof fries. The burger was burnt on the outside and very pink in the middle. I could taste nothing but the burnt flavor. Will not order from this place again!

So, I wrote a pretty bad review of this place two weeks ago (see below). The manager noticed the review and contacted me regarding the matter. He offered to deliver anything I like off the menu. I ordered a cheese pizza which was good, however it did take an hour and twenty-five minutes to arrive, which is pretty long for pizza. I looked it up and they are located about 10 miles from my house. Anyway, I appreciate the manner in which the manager handled the situation. It is clear that he truly cares about his establishment and takes the time to make sure his customers are satisfied.

If I could give it 1 star, I would. I ordered a grilled chicken salad and a order of onion rings.. it's taking an hour and half for them to be delivered.. their excuse was " oh we got busy " .. really?!?! Of course ordering anything from Grubhub has been nothing but a disappointment everytime.. Will not order from this place EVER again.

Owned by the family that ran the wonderful Bruno's on the northwest side. Out of the way location but well worth the trip. The pizza is fabulous. Crispy crust and lots of fresh cheese. We drove 30 miles to go there and will go again.

Not a bad bar/restaurant to go to at all. I greatly enjoyed going here, as I went to a friend's 21st birthday party here a few months back. Food was decent here, and unlike at other bars, you won't find a super-fancy selection of foreign beers, and'll mainly find American beers here. But they do serve Sam Adams here, so I'm definately not complaining at all! I'd probably come here very often, if I lived out in Schiller Park. But alas, I don't, so I'm a little sad about that, since I wouldn't mind if this was my neighborhood bar. :( (quick note: map is inaccurate, as this bar is just to the south of Lawrence, on Ruby St.(and across the street from the Schiller Park Metra station), and NOT south of Irving Park.)

Great atmosphere! I usually have to ask for extra turkey on my sandwich, but not at Hubcaps. Plenty of options on the menu. My uncle that worked at the airport told me about Hubcaps. Perfect for lunch. Reserved the restaurant for my sons birthday party. Fun place with great food! I have to ask Ellen C. Why would anyone ever have a sloppy joe delivered? You must of been in shock that the bun was soggy?

I tried this place for the 1st time & ordered a corn beef sandwich and as they described basically as a high stacked cornbeef sandwich which i figured it had to be since it was $8.45 and i must say i was highly dissappointed about the size of the sandwich, their was more bread than meat, i was so at awe about it i had to call them & complain about it, & in which they did resend a new sandwich which wasn't much different than the 1st but better to where at least the meat covered the whole piece of rye bread, the taste was good thou, i just think its definetely not worth $8.45 that was with cheese, but even $8, naw not worth it they need to readjust that price, i also ordered the cheese fries which was really good, i would order again from them & try something different but just not that sandwich since its not worth the cost.

I've never been to the actual restaurant before but I've ordered delivery numerous times and I LOVE this place! First off, they have free delivery which is really convenient for me becausec I work in a nearby office building and only order lunch for myself. Sometimes I don't feel like going out and $3 delivery fees plus tip are not my cup of tea. I'm a vegetarian so I was really impressed to find a veggie burger on their menu. The burger has been absolutely delicious the majority of the times I ordered it (only once it tasted a bit blah; I'm thinking they probably just tried a different brand of veggie burger- it tasted a bit like a boca burger). I always order online via grubhub and the food always gets here quicker than the time quoted. The delivery drivers are the sweetest delivery drivers I've ever come in contact with (I work in the restaurant industry and have dealt with my fair share of less-than-stellar delivery drivers)! They're smiley, polite, and always say thank you. Today I ordered something different- their cheese lovers sandwich- and requested cheese fries instead of chips. Their sweet potato fries are amazing but their cheese fries are phenomenal! I don't like junk food so if I'm going to have cheese fries they better be good and these are beyond good! I also commented on my order that the last time I had ordered cheese fries they forgot my cheese. When the delivery driver arrived, he called me (which is what I always request for them to do) and I met him in the lobby. The driver was an older gentleman who gave me my food and apologized for forgetting the cheese last time. It was a sincere apology and he told me they gave me some cookies too =) When I opened the bag, inside were 2 chocolate chip cookies and an adorable hand-written note saying "from us, to you. love, hubcaps. p.s. sorry about the cheese from last time". This tiny little effort to rectify the situation just made me their biggest fan. How many businesses do you know of that would do something like that? I've already been singing their praises to friends but now I'm going to be spreading the word even more! I cannot say enough nice things about Hubcaps! I can't wait to go to the restaurant sometime soon because i'm sure they have an unbelievable staff! Thanks, hubcaps, for having a customer service oriented attitude in a time when customer service has gone out the window at most small businesses!

I have eaten here many times and enjoyed it-but let me tell you about the last time I was recently here. I picked up a pizza to take home. It was AMAZING! The crust is awesome, not soggy and not too hard to bite through. You could tell they use all fresh ingrediants-the sausage rocks! While I waited for my pizza I sat at the bar and had a beer and watched the cubs game on the tv. Great little neighborhood place that attracts the locals. If you are looking for a place that still gives you a very generous portion at a reasonable price you must try Hubcaps Bar and Grill out! Once you find it you will want to come back.

Hubcaps isn't all that I had hoped for, however it was there late one night when I needed it...so I should really not grip too badly. Our delivery took quite some time to arrive...but the delivery man himself was very polite. The food was also packaged exceptionally well. The cold stuff separated from the hot stuff. ( I appreciate this a ton when ordering delivery...hot salad dressing or cold soup stinks.) The fries were a bit soggy so they didn't make the trip well... but have hope for being decent on-site. I also got the chicken salad sandwich. It lacked pizazz........ I think I should have ordered something a little greasier. The co-slaw that came with my meal was pretty tasty. I will defiantly give them another shot when I'm in the mood for a burger, and when I feel like driving to the establishment. Even though they have late delivery...I think I'll stick to Chinese or Mexican next time. Hubcaps seems to be a dine-in type place.

Burger or Hamburger is savored as the most desired fast food meal in the United States. A hamburger is basically a sandwich prepared by stuffing ground meat patty, generally beef, between two slices of a bun cut in half. Hamburger is also famous for its seasoning. Most popular condiments used in hamburgers in the United States are mustard, mayonnaise, and ketchup. Besides ground meat patty, hamburgers are also stuffed with lettuce, onions, tomato slices, pickles, and cheese.
Hamburgers are also categorized into two types in the United States. Fast food hamburger and individual hamburgers served at restaurants are two basic types of burgers served in the United States. The individual hamburgers served at restaurants are prepared using everything including lettuce, onion, tomato, and sliced pickles as well as melted cheese on the patty or crumbled on top. American restaurants also serve veggie burgers for those who don't relish meat. Cheeseburgers are also hot favorite in the United States.
McDonalds is the most popular fast food burger restaurant serving different types of burgers in the United States. On the other hand, there are several restaurants such as Burger King are famous for serving the best hamburgers in the United States. Most burger restaurants in the United States often serve hamburgers with French fries and other condiments. If you have a liking for burgers in the United States, then you won't be disappointed. You can easily find the best burger restaurants in your city on our Restaurants Listings directory. Check the reviews and ratings of the top burger restaurants and savor yourself with the best hamburger in the city.
Italian Cuisine
The immense popularity of Italian cuisine globally isn't unknown. You can find an Italian Pizzeria around every corner of almost every city in the United States. Not to forget that in every house, people enjoy mac and cheese as comfort food. But it would be wrong to believe that Italian food starts with pizza and ends with good pasta as this Mediterranean country has much more to offer other than these two dishes. In Italian Cuisine, there is a high use of fresh tomatoes, all kinds of herbs, great quality of cheese, all types of meat, seafood and fresh handmade pasta. Many find it hard to believe that Italians have been making noodles long back.
Italian and Greek cuisines are always mistaken to be same, but they are poles apart. The primary difference between the two cuisines is the use of cheese in most of the Italian dishes. Italians love to cultivate their own cheese and process them as per their food requirement. It is believed that some cheese is so expensive that cheese producers secure them in lockers.
If you are bored eating the same old pasta or pizza, you can try some of the authentic Italian dishes like Risotto, Polenta, Ribollita, Lasagna, Fiorentina Steak, Bottarga, Ossobuco, Carbonara, Focaccia, Arancini and Supplì. Another item which Italians love to relish every morning is a good cup of Italian Coffee. Once you taste a freshly brewed cup of Italian Coffee, you might not visit Starbucks ever again. Authentic Italian food is made with heart and soul, so go find a restaurant where you can relish Italian cuisine in your city.
